HOW DOES A ``FIRST SPHERE`` WORK ?
During a VisioConference, we propose to you to learn the Meditation of the Ascension of the Ishayas in theory and in practice.
Seminar
At the end of the seminar, you will have the tools to be able to apply the Ascension easily in your daily life. You will learn, among other things, the techniques called “Ascension Attitudes”. They can be practiced with closed eyes but also with open eyes. Depending on demand, the seminar can be given in French, Spanish or/and English.
A parenthesis in life
With the current means of communication there is a sharp increase in the levels of stimulation to which the human being is subjected. This is why it is essential to “disconnect from the outside” to “reconnect within”. This seminar creates a comforting parenthesis in the live of everyone.
Duration of the seminar: 2 x 3 hours
Teaching takes place by VisioConference.
